100% vegan garden with perpetual harvest — refining soil and growing edible windrows with biocyclic vegan methods

Welcome to my biocyclic vegan garden — 100% plant-based from the soil up.

All my windrows start with PCS (phytoponic compost substrate) made from vegetable offcuts, mushroom cakes, and olive pomace. I’m a soil refiner, and over years of continuous cultivation, these windrows are turned into rich, biocyclic vegan hummus — perfect forest soil that heals the earth and supports abundant edible growth.

This method spreads healthy mycelium, talks to trees, and fixes soil naturally. Raised beds withstand extreme heat and cold — I’ve harvested thriving vegetables under Greece’s scorching sun over 41°C, and similar gardens survive snow in Europe.

For vegans: have you thought about your food from the ground up — what it actually grows in? For non-vegans: conventional animal products often carry heavy metals, antibiotics, and other toxins, because animals are intense bioaccumulators. Growing and eating plants like this avoids that whole chain.

Curious to hear from you: if you could start a garden like this, what would you plant first? Or have you experimented with biocyclic vegan methods? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
