Q: Are there certain job boards other than the ECOLOG or Conservation Job Board you would recommend?
Lara Pomi-Urbat: Definitely find your local environmental consulting firms and check their job boards. Some advertise on Indeed, some on Conservation Job Board. Also, don’t be afraid to send your resume to a firm you like — you never know if they’re looking and just haven’t posted yet!
Sandra Del Rio: ESA also has https://www.esacareercenter.org/jobs/
Thomas Fitzgibbons: and Indeed are also perfectly viable options for the job search. The job title for a consultant is probably going to be something like “Environmental Scientist” or “Environmental Specialist.
