Food forest permaculture for rabbits?

Hello all, this might sound like a dumb idea Idk.

Say I want to operate a rabbit farm, I’ve read it is possible to grow good feed for meat rabbits instead of just feading them pellets. All you have to do is create an even balance of fiber and protein in the plants you feed them. I know the fiber can be sourced from clover but what can I plant that can be a source of protein? I’ve been told sweet potato greens are a good source of protein for them but i’m not completely sure how to grow that food forest wise. I’m very new to this. How do I avoid having wild rabbits eat all of this?
